Terms

These are the terms for using cutpile.com. The platform itself is provided to each business under its own agreement.

What the site is

cutpile.com describes CutPile, a platform built inside a working flooring business. Everything shown as live is running in that business today; what is marked next or later is intent, not a promise of a date.

Access requests

Asking for access does not create an account or an obligation on either side. We answer by email, and access is offered at our discretion to a small number of businesses at a time.

Renders and films

The rooms, renders and films on this site are illustrations made by the platform from generated houses and real product textures. A floor's true color, sheen and grain are best judged from a sample in your own light. Product names and pictures belong to their mills.

Use of the site

You may read, link to and share this site. Do not scrape it, submit the form automatically, or present its content as your own. The site is provided as is; we keep it accurate and available with care, without warranty.

Changes

These terms may change when the site does. The date at the top is the current version. Questions: [email protected].
